Something not quite right or having second thoughts? You can return or exchange your unworn, unaltered product(s) within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Email us at team@westwoodhart.com and provide us with your order details, and indicating whether you’d like a alteration credit, refund or an exchange. You can then schedule a (free) carrier pick-up service, or drop off the product(s) yourself at either a store or drop-off point. Should you ship your returns back, we will email you a prepaid return label. After your return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund the total purchase amount to the original payment method used within 7-10 business days.

What is your return / remake policy?
Well, we live to make you happy. In an unlikely event that you face any problem with your order, we would do our level best to make it to solve it for you asap.
All unworn and unaltered clothing, are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
*No returns/ exchanges can be made for accessories & Gift cards. All sales are final.
Do I have to pay for my return?
No. Westwood Hart covers all return shipping costs.
I received my Westwood Hart garments, but I think I might need some alterations.
We got you covered in all cases.
We put in a lot of love and hard work in making your products. Mostly, the fit is great, but sometimes we would be presented with an opportunity to get to know you a little better. Maybe the measurements went wrong, maybe the type of fit understanding went wrong. We can totally understand. But be rest assured each garment goes through a rigorous quality control and check process. It passes multiple stages of fit testing through our QC checkpoints. But each person's viewpoint and feeling of the garment may differ. This is the reason why we provide an additional alteration policy over and above our already amazing prices and offerings compared to any other custom clothier online.
Considering sustainability, your garment has ample room for alterations in Lenghts, Hip, Waist, Sleeves, and Chest. Our customers see alterations more as a process and less of a hassle as it helps in achieving a right expectation for the even the most minute details. You will fall in love with the sincerity of our clothing quality and keep coming back to us because, we believe in building trust by doing great work repeatedly.
Can I send you the garments for alterations till 30 Days?
Yes, you can. You can get a free alteration anytime during this period. We request you to ship them back to us using your local shipping service and keep the value to '1 USD' and write the purpose 'Shipping for alteration'. This step is very important. We shall not be able to accept your shipment if the value written is not correct. Once we receive your garments, we will alter and ship them back to you with no additional cost. We request you to be very clear with your alterations request. In our experience, most of the alterations are personal viewpoint based. The slim fit may differ for a lean built person as opposed to a stout built person. But it is our promise that we will work with you to achieve a truly great fit for your clothes. All alterations must be an inch or more. We will also reimburse the shipping charges to your Westwood Hart account (Maximum of 10% of product value at the time of purchase). Alterations once made cannot be reversed.
Can I get my garments altered locally?
If you would like to fine tune, you can easily consult your local alterations shop and to adjust the charges use our alterations credit. You can send us the invoice and we will reimburse you the invoice value (Maximum to 10% of product purchase value) to you Westwood Hart account. Local alterations insurance is only valid for the first 30 days of receiving your Westwood Hart products.
What are the alterations possible in my garment?
All the garments are individually cut and tailor made and have ample of room for alterations. You can get your sleeves altered up to 1 inch. Chest, hips, and waist can be altered up to 2 inches each. Trousers can easily be adjusted in length up to 2 inches. You can consult with us for more details.
What is the alteration credit that you provide?
Unlike other luxury brands, we do not overcharge! Period. Roughly, you automatically save to a tune of $200 per suit with Westwood Hart. If you think about it, that should be enough to cover any alterations. We are still happy to provide alterations credit up to 10% of the total purchased invoice value as our commitment to provide you the best services possible. So, for example, if you have bought a Custom Suit for $500 (excluding shipping), you are eligible to receive an alterations credit of up to $50. We encourage customers to avail alterations credit only in the case where they genuinely require alterations and not in the case of measurement error. Alterations credit is disbursed on a case-to-case basis and is available within 30 days of receiving your custom made product.
How do I avail my alteration credit?
In order to avail alteration credit, you will need to scan the alteration receipt and email it to us to qualify for the credit. We will process the credit to your Westwood Hart account and adjust your measurement profile so that in future your garments can fit perfectly.
What if the product can't be altered?
We will do a free remake!
Let us assure you that in our experience, the chances of remakes are a rarity. We pay a lot of attention in making the garment as per the entered measurements. Each garment is hand tailored by our master cutters and tailors, and all the garments follow a rigorous Quality Check process before we ship them from our factory. Unlike other luxury brands, we manufacture our own products and follow in-house rigorous quality checks before shipping any product. In the rare case, where there has been a production error from our end, we will offer a full remake, no questions asked. What is a production error? Any change in the garment that is not related to the changes in measurement supplied is a production error.
However, in the situation where a remake is necessary, please follow the following guidelines. Firstly, in order to qualify for a remake, you can send us an email at team@westwoodhart.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Only once we agree to it and your request does not violate our terms of contract, you can ship back the product to us using the cheapest local postal/shipping service. Please follow the return instructions very carefully. Returned product should be in an unworn and unaltered condition. Product design cannot be changed for the returned garment. Westwood Hart, reserves all rights to judgement of the requirement of a remake.
