Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items. To request a return, exchange, remake review, or alteration credit review, email us at team@westwoodhart.com with your order details. If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label. Once your return is received and processed, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered garments. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I have to pay for my return?
No. Approved returns include return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
What if my garment needs alterations?
If your garment needs minor adjustments, we may recommend either sending it back for alteration or using a local tailor. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will review the best option for your order.
Can I send my garment back for alterations?
Yes. If alterations are approved, you may send your garment back within 30 days of delivery using a local shipping service. Please declare the shipment value as 1 USD and mark the purpose as 'Shipping for alteration.' Once received, we will alter the garment and send it back at no additional cost. Alterations cannot be reversed once completed.
Can I have my garment altered locally?
Yes. If you prefer to use a local tailor, you may be eligible for alteration credit. Send us your alteration receipt and, once approved, we will issue credit to your Westwood Hart account for up to 10% of the product purchase value. Local alteration requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
What alterations are possible?
Our garments are made with allowance for alterations. Sleeves can typically be adjusted by up to 1 inch. Chest, hips, and waist can typically be adjusted by up to 2 inches each. Trouser length can typically be adjusted by up to 2 inches. Contact us if you would like guidance before making alterations.
What is alteration credit?
Alteration credit is available on eligible orders for approved local tailoring adjustments. Credit is issued up to 10% of the product purchase value and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
How do I request alteration credit?
Email us your alteration receipt and order details. Once reviewed and approved, the credit will be applied to your Westwood Hart account.
What if my garment cannot be altered?
If a garment cannot be altered and we determine there is a qualifying production issue, we may offer a remake. Remake requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned garments must be unworn and unaltered, and the original design cannot be changed. Westwood Hart reserves the right to determine whether a garment qualifies for remake.
